Perfect cleanliness level

The staff are very friendly, managed the parking onsite. The rooms are a nice size and they have coffee and tea making facilities, a dining area, and a work desk. The breakfast is lovely, and the location is secure next to major sights and the main points of interest.

Everything was good, the parking was on site, the room was perfectly clean and silent. The location was great and lovely - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. It was comfortable 3 days, will come back.

Separate bathrooms are inconvenient!!! Poor communication regarding key pickup created unnecessary hassle!!! Please improve the accessibility for non-Italian speakers!!! Cash payments are archaic and don't suit modern travel habits!!! Consider providing a do not disturb sign!!!

Our double room was perfect, very clean, and spacious. Breakfast was a highlight with a lovely selection including fresh juice, coffee, and delicious Sicilian pastries. Simone, the owner, was friendly and helpful, sharing great tips for exploring Palermo. The location was perfect, great to easily walk to all the major sights.

It can be a bit noisy in the mornings.

The apartment is in a fantastic area with charming cafes and restaurants around. We loved the cleanliness of our triple room, perfect for our family, including our pets. The continental breakfast was plentiful and set us up nicely for the day.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available.
